Ingredients
Prepare Yogurt Mint Sauce:
-Dahi (Yogurt) thick 1 Cup
-Mayonnaise ¼ Cup
-Mustard paste 1 tsp
-Lehsan (Garlic) 2-3
-Podina (Mint leaves) handful
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3
-Water 2 tbs
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp to taste
Prepare Mint Garlic Mutton Chops:
-Mutton chops 750g
-Meat tenderizer ½ tsp (Optional)
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Mustard paste 1 tbs
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) Soften ½ Cup
-Podina (Mint Leaves) Dried ½ tbs
-lehsan (Garlic) Finely chopped 2 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Fresh parsley handful
-Cooking oil 1 tsp

Direction:
Prepare Yogurt Mint Sauce:
-In a blending jar, add yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard paste, garlic, mint leaves, green chillies, water, pink salt, blend well, green minty sauce is ready, set aside.
Prepare Mint Garlic Mutton Chops:
-In a flat bowl, add mutton chops, meat tenderizer, paprika powder, black pepper powder, pink salt, ginger garlic paste, mustard paste, lemon juice, mix well.
-Cover with cling wrap & marinate for 1-2 hours.
-In a plate, add mint leaves, microwave for a minute until mint leaves become dry completely, change sides in between then crush them.
-In a bowl, add soft butter, mint powder, garlic, red chilli crushed, fresh parsley, mix well, mint garlic butter is ready, set aside.
-In a pan, add cooking oil, add marinated chops, apply mint garlic butter, cook on medium flame until done for 4-5 minutes each side.
-Serve with rice, naan & yogurt mint sauce, corn & cucumber salad!
